Our 30% management fee is invoiced after the event from your operating budget — not from donor funds. For corporate outings, pricing starts at $5,000 for a fully managed custom event. We handle the setup and coordination. You know your network — we help you turn those relationships into hole sponsors, title sponsors, and event partners. We can also help fill sponsorship spots through our own network if needed.

Players register directly through your tournament's dedicated page. They can select their hole, add mulligans or other extras at checkout, and receive automated confirmation and reminder emails. No phone calls to the pro shop, no spreadsheets, no chaos.

Yes — we put everything in writing so both sides are protected and expectations are clear from day one. Once we've talked through your goals and agreed on the structure, we send a simple agreement with the scope of work and payment terms.
